- 5. What we do. Member engagement Winner of the ASFA Marketing Communications Award, this 6 month member engagement integrated campaign was out of this world. A dedicated microsite became the focal point of the campaign. Targeted and segmented emails drove members to complete a To Do List of items. After completing these simple items, such as consolidating super accounts, the member would then automatically be entered into the competition. To really drive member engagement a one off special edition member newsletter was created in the style of a travel brochure to launch the campaign.
- 6. Business rebrand When we redesigned Maritime Supers brand our focus was to make it simple, fun and engaging (easier said than done!). We created a suite of communication templates as well as extensive re-branding of油their website and printed material. The material we cerated included: 1. Annual reports 2. Monthly newsletters 3. Factsheets and help guides
- 7. What we do. Suite of communication material In this job we developed a suite of communication material for members of the油Qantas Superannuation Fund. Some of the materials include an annual report for members, web design development, a financial toolkit for super members and monthly fact sheets. The aim was to develop eye catching material that is easy to assimilate by the reader by focusing on User-centered design.
- 8. Event Design The annual Australian Investment Summit (AIS) hosts over 250 delegates from across the financial and superannuation world. For this project we created a cohesive look and feel across a broad range of printed and digital assets. This included a fully branded micro site that allowed delegates to register for the event. We also developed a summit booklet for each delegate. This included a timetable of events, speaker bios and a description of each presentation. Other assets designed include event banners, a VIP gala invite, advertising, and an email invite. We also redesigned each speakers presentation to ensure congruity with the event.
- 9. What we do. VIP retention campaign This client literally gave their VIP customers the shirt from their back. As a part of their customer retention program our client had Herringbone shirts made to measure. The firms top customers received this brochure thanking them for their support with a reply paid order form inviting them to claim their Made to measure shirt. Shortly afterwards their brand new Herringbone shirt arrived in a custom made shirt box which was also addressed to the individual.
