Artistic Milliner , Pvt , Ltd Will be the first LEED facility in
Pakistan Design for LEED Gold,
It is a leading multinational apparel manufacturer in
Karachi, in which we employing over 10,000 peoples since
many years.
The company has initiated an Energy & Water Efficiency
Improvement program with the intention of increasing
energy and water efficiency leading to M&S Plan A
certification and thereafter, LEED GOLD certification.

Main features
? Reduction of water use with efficient fixtures and use of treated water for
flushing.
? Efficient lighting and controls (mostly use natural light or LED).
? Efficient HVAC (heating ventilation and air condition ) systems.
? Improve erosion and sedimentation control to reduce negative impacts on
water and air quality.
? Additional Energy and water flow metering for measurement and verification.
? Earmarked areas for parking fuel efficient and pool vehicles.
? Better waste management - storage and collection program for waste
generated .
? Indoor air quality (IAQ) improvements.
? High performance glass to reduce heat gain.
? Heat recovery from generators to generate steam using heat recovery
boilers.
? Use of generator jacket water for running an absorption chiller to air
condition cooling in merchandising and office spaces.
