- 17. Getting Parent Permission Year 1 - Send out Permission Forms to all your students. Year 2 & beyond - Send out Permission forms to only the incoming class. Permission Forms @ Kindergarten Registration (Spring) Permission Form is on the Artsonia Website.
- 18. Encourage Parents to REGISTER On the Permission Form, request parent e-mail. Can input 2 e-mail addresses Parents/Guardians will receive an e-mail requesting they register. If they register, you will be able to see it on the class roster. If they register, they will get an e-mail each time you publish a piece of artwork.
