Design and Implement any New Interconnect Services: - Analyze the new service and specify the interconnect requirement. - Contact the di鍖erent departments to get the required information. - Design the interconnect business model and mediation speci鍖cations. - Create call scenarios and test calls to explore the network and Mediation. - Generate all reports for business department for all Services. Fixing Tra鍖c Errors by monitoring errors on the application and analyze it using application and 3rd party tools, 鍖xing the valid calls after analyses, raise issues of tra鍖c errors to the suitable department and create reports. Make all reconciliation using Intec AR application. Integrate with 鍖nancial manager application. Ensure end-user satisfaction and new requests done within required time frame. I was responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing some major projects as: - Adding new virtual network operator (VNO) with all of its business rules, normalization rule, lookup tables, and new streams to settle this new VNO operator (Virgin). - New numbering plan in KSA:This project aims to modify area code for all land line operators in KSA (STC and ATHEEB), which will help in increasing in numbering plan for all operators and assign new ranges for newly coming VNOs. - Design, develop, and implement ZAIN roaming service. - Add all new services related to ATHEEB like 9200, 800, and international calls through STC. - Design, develop, and implement international VOIP calls from STC.
