E-communication is defined as any communication facilitated by electronic media such as computers, phones, email and video to transmit information. An electronic communication device refers to devices like phones, PDAs, or portable computers used to compose, read or send electronic messages. Common applications that facilitate e-communication include WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, SMS, Telegram and text messages. Email consists of messages distributed electronically from one user to recipients via a network, and includes elements like the to/receiver, subject, salutation, body, closing, and signature. Guidelines for good emails are that they have a subject line, are short and clear with a formal tone and no excessive punctuation, while poor emails lack subjects or are vague
