This document provides an overview of using technology to expand the reach of religious ministries globally. It discusses why technology should be used, common mistakes to avoid, and a four step process for building an online ministry presence: 1) Establishing a foundational website, 2) Providing valuable online content through blogs and media, 3) Enabling interaction and community through social media, and 4) Developing sustainable financial resources. Specific online platforms and tools are recommended at each step to help religious organizations serve more people beyond their physical congregations through digital outreach.
