Austin Mulleaneux recommendation:
I had the privilege of working with Ian Ray while I was a student at Brigham Young
University. I came to Ian with a few general ideas of what I wanted to achieve. Ian took the
time to sit down with me, one-on-one, and develop a personalized work out and meal plan
that was suited to my needs. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and then
kicked my butt into shape! Ian is an upbeat, energetic, happy trainer. Working out with him
was something I looked forward to in my week for two reasons: I enjoyed being with Ian
and I was seeing results. He helped me reach all of my fitness goals, and taught me the skills
I needed to maintain those results long term. I would recommend Ian to anyone and
everyone looking to improve their overall health and fitness.
