Students, universities, research org. etc. have time and money to spend on new and exiting development.Current students may become future Axis employees, partners employees, inovative developers of new camera solutions, etc. And hopefully Axis ambassadors promoting Axis products and techniqes.Avoid commodity it is important to encourage implementation of Axis new capabilities in partners solution. They make our products so much more than a video streaming unit that easily can be replaced by a no-name cheep product. And customers will not be able to use all our great product capabilities if they arent supported in any Video Management Solutions (VMS).Regional ADP management at all levels Regional ADP teams for Business, Products/Development and Marketing makes it possible to scale up and work more closely with more partners. Current ADP team managing Gold ADPs can only handle a limited amount of partners and will in the future manage partners with multi-regional presence.Structured partner engagement even though the regions will manage their own partners, it is still important to harmonize the partner programs and work with partners in a structured way globally so that our partners are familiare with how Axis work with partners. We will for example use the same benefits and requirements for the ADP program globally but regional adjustments may occur. Maturity of the market and ADP program are very different from region to region and will naturally need different approaches. One requirement for Gold and Silver ADP is for example channel attachment, amount of Axis channels connected with their software, but we do not specify how many since this will be different from region to region. Efficient internal organization it is important to have a similar ADP organization in each region to be able to train the regions in new capabilities, to share information about partners and best practices internally, to support partners, to communicate correct things to correct partners, etc.
