The Alliance Youth Philippines - Titay Circuit is conducting a youth seminar on October 14-15, 2016 at Malagandis Alliance Church in Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay. The seminar theme is "Running Low? Stay Connected to God" and aims to promote camaraderie among young people and strengthen their relationship with God. The letter is requesting permission to excuse a student from their class starting at 3:00PM so they can attend the youth seminar with other young people from the church.
