This project for budgetary and accounting reforms was undertaken as part of the World Bank recommendations. Capital Structure planning, Development of MIS & Accounting systems (including selection of appropriate software), drafting of Joint Venture Agreement and bottling agreements for a Joint Venture Company. Valuation of the shares of the Government of Andhra Pradesh held in 8 select companies in association with Capital Fortunes Limited.
