- 1. BAB I NAMA, TEMPAT KEDUDUKAN Pasal 1. 1. Koperasi ini bernama Koperasi Karyawan Brantas Abipraya disingkat KKBA dan untuk selanjutnya dalam Anggaran Dasar ini disebut Koperasi. 2. Koperasi ini termasuk dalam jenis Koperasi Jasa. 3. Koperasi ini berkedudukan di Jalan D.I Panjaitan Kavling 14, Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. 4. Koperasi dapat membuka cabang/perwakilan baik didalam maupun diluar negeri atas persetujuan dan keputusan Rapat Anggota.
