How The Calendar Works 1. This custom calendar program is designed to repeat year after year. 2. The calendar starts on the month the baby is born. 3. The newborns vitals and picture are sent directly from the hospitals OB unit, to the calendar supplier. 4. The first and middle name are recorded underneath the picture of baby and both are placed on the front of the calendar with an optional thumbnail on each page. 5. Calendar is proofed internally and delivered to the hospital within a week to 10 days. 6. The finished calendar is delivered to the Home Care nurse where it is then delivered to the home of the new mother as a surprise. 7. Calendars are billed monthly. Funding Empowerment, a program funded partly through the State and Federal Government, will submit grant opportunities to hospitals that wish to participate in this program to help fund the first year calendar and other promotional products associated with Home Care and its mission Additional funding can be raised with exclusive advertising, offering coupons courtesy of hospital partners, vendors and local businesses Calendar pricing ranges from $25 to $30 each depending on average number of births (hospital groups and healthcare systems may participate as an alliance for better pricing) Additional program gifts are ordered in minimum quantities, depending on the program size There is no minimum purchasing requirements, however we ask the hospital or alliance agree to a one-year agreement This custom baby calendar is copyrighted and the intellectual property of Dan Livengood of Newton Mfg Co. Happy Moms and Healthcare Professionals The calendar provided written information regarding child development and I could see if my baby was at the correct developmental stage for his age. It is a good source to find community resource I might need for my baby. It gave good ideas of ways to interact with my baby and I enjoyed the coupons that came with it.
