In order to create the best environment for your audience important to get your information across in as few words as possible. Being brief is of utmost importance. A good way to do this is to utilize the bullet system. Using this system, you can pick 3 or 4 specific ideas about your topic, making them as easy to take in as possible. Having too many words on the screen can be distractive for the audience. The idea here is that you want your audience to listen and not be reading your slide. The other problem encountered is that you will spend too much time on one slide. This can cause the audience to lose interest in your presentation.
