CITY QUIZ BY BIKE The City Quiz by Bike is an adventurous challenge that will take you around the city following the newest bike paths. You will have to team up in order to master all of the checkpoints and tasks. You will learn about the city of Luxembourg and its historical background as well as how to navigate the city by bike. Participants of all ages are welcome so bring your kids and friends and have fun exploring the city by bike! Start at Carr辿Rotondes! BIKE EXPO At our Bike Expo you will have the opportunity to discover classic city and racing bikes from the past. See how bicycles have changed over time, how new materials have replaced the old ones and what colours were popular back then. SECOND HAND MARKET Are you looking for some nice vintage parts or just a good deal on a second hand bike? Come and visit our second hand market at the festival on Saturday and Sunday. VLOBSESSION EXHIBITION & ART DEMONSTRATION BY YURI HOPNN Yuri Hopnn is an Italian artist who has dedicated himself to street art. His works can be seen on the streets of cities including Paris, Rome and Florence. This exceptional exhibition features artworks with the bicycle as leitmotiv. Yuri provokes viewers to think about their relationship with the environment. His artistic motto is straightforward: +B.C.= -CO2. This is a witty and provocative invitation to use the bicycle as a means of transport. HIT'EM IN THE MOUTH Dir. Matthew Sipple 59 | 2012 Exploration of the culture of Seattle Bike Polo, the birthplace of the current polo craze. The movie centers around the dominant figures of the scene : the father of hardcourt bike polo Matt Messenger, the world champions Team Smile & the up-and-coming players of the city. ACROSS JAPAN AND OMAN BY BICYCLE SLIDESHOW Three adventurous cyclists. Two thrilling tales. Two exotic destinations: Oman and Japan. Agnieszka, Felix and Jacques will share their cycling stories, illustrated by their travel photos. BICYCLE FASHION SHOW This fashion show is not about vain glamour nor haute couture. It is all about the beauty of the bicycle as an everyday accessory to get around combined with individual style.The Bicycle Fashion Show will showcase the wide variety of bicycle users in our city.
