strategy by starting a trading
company to sell their own catch
and invest in an innovative
aquaculture project.
INTRODUCTION
Balfegó is the main Spanish company devoted
to fishing, aquiculture and sale of bluefin tuna. It
is also the only company in the world to
implement a bluefin tuna traceability system,
which gives the consumer complete visibility
into the product lifecycle from capture to
consumption.
