This slideshow provides a high-level overview of the process taken to develop concepts for a banking project. It started with field research including visits, interviews, and surveys to understand customer needs. Insights were analyzed and ideas were generated by thinking differently and being creative. Three well-defined alternative concepts were developed using concept flows and wall diagrams. The presentation of the final concepts is available upon request.

- 11. Then we started to work with the information, to shape our first insights
- 12. What does money and banks really mean to people?
- 13. We became experts at what people need, value and desire from their banks...
- 14. We covered every angle, through more research, online, on the street...
- 16. ...a lot of Post-it’s were used
- 17. Then we had to digest all of that delicious information... draw insights and conclusions from them...
- 18. Start to analyze who our target was...
- 19. We also presented and shared some of our insights...
- 21. To really understand what people want, need and appreciate...
- 22. ...and also understand what people would do to get that.
- 23. Then it was time to think different...
- 25. Gather insights... Then flip them upside down, and be creative again
- 26. Shape some initial ideas, concepts and theories
- 27. It wasn’t always so pretty, but the end results were great!
- 28. There were new actors showing up...
- 29. We were looking at different spaces, online, offline...
- 31. We narrowed it down to 3 clear and well defined alternatives...
- 32. We used our artistic skills to create some concept flows...
- 33. We used the walls again... to get the structure right
