This document summarizes metrics from the Rapid Responder Program from January 2018 through June 2020. It provides data on the number of clients served, their demographics, social determinants and health behaviors, referral sources, and outcomes of the program. Key findings include 957 total clients served, high rates of IV drug use (48%), homelessness (41%), and lack of transportation (67%). The program saw increases in naloxone administrations by EMS and follow ups by the program. Referrals to treatment and overall attendance in appointments also increased over time.
