nonprofits across our banking

array of mission-driven efforts that

A few reminders and tips
While BBVA Compass supports ticketed events from time to time, these are paid for
directly by the bank NOT the Foundation. Applications to the Foundation are for
projects and programs that will generate direct social impact, NOT special events.
The review process and final decision may take 90-120 days from the time you submit
your application to the time you receive notification. We will correspond with you
directly at the time a decision has been reached. Please log back in to the application
portal and review the status of your proposal if you have questions.
As a rule of thumb, we encourage you to ask for the financial support your
organization needs and substantiate it in your application. However, on average, most
grants (including first-year awards) typically range from $2,500 to $10,000.
Anticipate your needs for the full fiscal year and please only submit only one request
per year.
