Insurance is NOT based on CricHQ count.

revalidated based on CricHQ statistics.
Player count = 16, Charge: 20*6=120 EUR
Player count = 21, Charge: 40*6=240 EUR

21. Take over of a Club
Take over of a Club (including players) is allowed.
Greens will play in Division 3 in 2016
This is considered as a complete take over
Articles of Association/Bye laws will be adapted to
clearly state this.
22. Star Players
Two teams from the same club in the same division
AICC-1 and AICC-2 is allowed to play in Division 3
11 star players identified can only play for AICC-1
Rule is applicable to any Club to represent 2 teams in
a division
Two teams from the same club in different division
4 Star Players (identified based on CricHQ statistics)
2 players are allowed in the second team per game.
Allowed only to play for 50% of the games
Penalty for violation: Forfeit (irrespective of the
result) and a fine of 100 EUR
23. Umpires Criteria
A Club which represents a team in T20 and League
in the BCF competition must provide at least 8 BCF
recognized umpires.
Eg., A Club can provide 2 umpire in T20 and 6 in
league.
When a Club represents a team in T20 cup and 2
teams in the League, then they need to provide
umpires for 12 BCF recognized umpires.
Penalty : 60 EUR/fixture
24. Junior Program
Division 1 and Division 2 must have active Junior
Program / Initiatives

25. Rained off Fixture
Genuine attempt must be made once to reschedule
Upon rescheduled date also it couldnt be played
Points equivalent of draw (12.5 points) will be given
to both the teams.
Reschedule must be completed before the completion
period.

26. Forfeits
For forfeit, 2.5 points bonus points will be given
Team which gets the forfeit will get 20 points for a
win + 2.5 bonus points = 22.5 points
Team which forfeits gets a penalty of 20 points
27. Dedicated Scorer

Dedicated scorer per innings is allowed in both T20
& League.
