Bean sprout is a little root that get off from
green beans, the black eyed peas and soybean
and high benefit food and it's cheap for selling
and easy to grow, so ours group thinking that
how to grow bean sprouts, it's easy and save the
money in your wallet.

Purpose
• To inform friends and family about bean
sprouts.
• Know about bean sprouts and their benefits.
• Bean sprouts can help to maintain the heart
because they have a lot of molecules that
slow down your age.
• So, this project is to learn about the benefits
and how to grow bean sprouts .
How to grow bean sprouts
Method1 : Picking Beans
-Get beans
: Start with dried beans.
- Leave beans until dried
• Method 2 : Sprouting in a Bottle
: Clean a Bottle.
: Wash your beans. • Fill beans in the Bottles.
: Fill water in the bottle and
close top of bottle with net
and cloth after that use
elastic band to close it .
: Empty water out of the
bottle.
:Put bean’s bottle out of
sunlight .
: Growth usually starts within
two to three days.
:Remove beans sprouts to
basket .
Benefits
• Sprouts have a lot of benefits if we eat them Sprouts it will
slow ageing and have vitamin b1 food skin and stop skin
ageing. Sprouts have fiber and all fat-free are good food for
people who want to diet and low calories, Sprouts are the
ultimate locally-grown food When you grow them yourself you
are helping the environment that you are not getting unwanted
pesticides,it make loss wight not fast not slow too .
