There is No Success Mantra
but Clarity of thoughts what
you want to achieve !!

There's no point in developing a strategy that ignores
competition', or doesn't consider the culture and
capabilities of self and it would be wasteful not to make full
use of your Individual strengths - whether these are
obvious or not! -Henry Mintzberg

The concept of 5 Ps a different approach to rise above
competition:
1. Plan.
2. Ploy.
3. Pattern.
4. Position.
5. Perspective.
6. P -----?????


Planning
Each of us has a “bank”.
It’s name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with
86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost,
whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose.
It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft
Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains
of the day. If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss ………???

What do you want to achieve today , 2yrs , 5yrs , 15yrs ………and so on ..
Be individual not the crowd …..


Ploy
Ploy gives you powerful tools for mapping out
how the competitive "game" is likely to
unfold, so that you can set yourself up to win it.
 Make Powerful Allies.
 Teamwork succeeds where Individual
effort fails.
 The best man for a Job is not the one with
the best capabilities but one with the
greatest commitment
 Know your enemies weaknesses and exploit
them.
 Take Calculated risks.
 Inspire, invigorate, counsel yourself in
moments of need.


Pattern
 Know Ground realities.
 Accept different ideologies.
 Cooperate in immerging trends
 Empower Women. The Gender Balance is
required for stability and administration.
 Question yourself whether these patterns
will lead into a success strategy
 Rather than being an intentional choice, a
consistent and successful way of doing
things.
 Being Seasoned rather than experimental
 Be thoughtful


Position
 "Position" is how you decide to position
yourself in the environment, and it helps
you develop a sustainable competitive
advantage.

 When you think about your strategic
position, understand the "bigger picture”

 “Positioning " is all about your Core
Competence, USP , SWOT Analysis to
identify what you do well, and to uncover
opportunities.


Perspective
 Know your perspective
 Patterns of thinking can emerge as strategy, your
action will shape your perspective, and the things
that you are able to do well.
 Your perspective may encourages risk-taking and
innovation or on contrast you may emphasizes on
repeated reliable strategy
 There is NO RIGHT or WRONG formula it is just
your ability of making choices at a given
opportunity.
 Opportunities keep knocking the door but you
should let in the right one


Politics
 Be prepared to Handel It
 Don’t get into if you can’t deal with it
 Create good will to be safe
 Play Safe and be diplomatic
 Jump into once you are seasoned
 Consequences are inevitable “face it”
 Don’t be a victim combat it
 Its fun when you have trump cards
 Its sad when you are victimized
 Its in control when you know the mantra “ its better to safe then worried”


Its all about you evolving as matured individual every time,
Move on being focused and committed to you goals

“ winners don’t do different things they do things differently”
