Job Description:

The Bell Mobility Marketing Team is seeking a dynamic and innovative marketing specialist to drive
segment-specific marketing programs in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. The candidate
will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for our device line-up. The candidate
will work with a cross-functional team to increase market penetration and awareness of Bell in specific
segments across a multitude of products and services that include Turbo Hub, Turbo Stick Tablets,
Blackberry, iPhone, etc. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying unique launch,
channel or segment-specific opportunities developing & executing marketing strategies to grow the
Mobile portfolio.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

        o Manage the complete take-to- market process for new Mobile Internet products and
            services including (but not limited to) Turbo Stick, Turbo Hub, Tablet and MiFi products
        o Develop hardware or segment specific marketing campaigns and lead the end-to-end
          implementation in collaboration with cross functional teams.
        o Deliver full segment analysis – Complete roadmap of segment opportunities; including post
          mortems, campaign development and analysis
        o Develop new strategies to grow the market, demonstrating a strong understanding of the
          competitive and industry landscape for Mobile Internet
        o Deliver and exceed sales targets and build tracking mechanisms to ensure successful
          communication of results across the organization
        o Collaborate with Product teams to assist with the forecasting process and inventory
          management
        o Meet aggressive due dates on project implementation
        o Create and deliver impactful business presentations
        o Follow market dynamics and trends to ensure the marketing programs are relevant and
          deliver the expected results.
Essential Qualifications :

    •   University degree with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
    •   More than 3 years of leadership experience in managing marketing activities
    •   Solid knowledge and experience marketing to segments
    •   Proven ability in project management and leading cross functional teams
    •   Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to think strategically
    •   Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate in
        front of large groups of people)
    •   Solid partnering and creative problem solving skills
    •   Flexibility and the ability to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving environment
    •   Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
    •   Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
    •   Highly motivated and able to seek out innovative approaches to business challenges

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

    •   Wireless Industry experience is an asset
    •   Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
    •   Reporting experience (ESS Base and SAS) is an asset
