We employ the Network Planner Tool a web-based decision support program which integrates geospatial information with demographic and energy demand information, and compare three electrification options: grid-extension, mini-grid diesel-based system, and stand-alone option which uses solar PV home systems supplemented by small diesel system for productive use. The results show that grid-extension is the least-cost option for 98.1% of the demand centres; the mini-grid option is the least-cost cost option for the remaining demand nodes; while the stand-alone option is not least-cost in any demand node. The total cost of achieving 50% electricity access rate in Taraba State is US$1.70 billion, where grid-extension and mini-grid options account for 96.9% and 3.1% respectively. Sensitivity analysis indicates that the mini-grid becomes least-cost for more demand nodes with lower cost of energy storage.

Materials and Methods: A personal computer with following configuration was used. Pentium III processor with 1.3 Gz speed, 40 GB HDD, 128 MB RAM, with multimedia kit, key pad, and scroll mouse was used. Programs used were Power Point速 and MS Paint速 . A screen play of sequences of diagrams was written. Frames consisting of diagrams of stages of development were drawn in MS Paint速 , and were pasted in PowerPoint slides and animation tool was applied. Previewing was done at every stage. Results: Stages of development of storyboard have been shown as print screen images, 1-6. Conclusion: Emphasis is that such simple animations can be easily made. It is cheap and does not require any sophisticated software. However, it is time consuming but can be taken up as phased assignments or can be given as undergraduate student projects. This will certainly help to build teaching material in the department.

A. In Person Administration
You may administer the survey in person to groups such as a Sunday School class, a group of family members, friends, coworkers, and so on AS LONG AS their anonymity can be assured. This means that you, as the researcher, cannot pair results with any one individual, and no identifying information of any kind must appear on the survey. If administering the survey in person, follow these steps:
1. Download the survey form from the PSYC 355 Course Content Assignment Instructions area; print as many copies as you think you will need.
2. Ask for volunteers who are at least 15 years old who would like to participate in a short anonymous survey; be sure that they have a quiet area, a writing surface, and a writing utensil. It is asked that you NOT administer this survey to strangers (for example, at a shopping mall) as this would require additional training and procedures.

and fun workouts you can
choose Popular Workouts,
where you will be brought
to the page on the right

browse through all the
WODs or you can Filter
them
If you tap Show Filters
you will come to this screen
where you can customize
your search in any way you
want!

Let's say that I want to find a workout that will help
improve or calculate my Heavy Metcon level or more
importantly my Fitness Level. I would simply select
Fitness Level Categories and then select Heavy
Metcon. Finally I would select Filter Workouts and a
list of all the Heavy Metcons would generate and i
could choose one from there and log it.
