New Product Time Line Planning & Scheduling ? Casting & Methoding drawing creation. ? Design & Development of tooling for New Castings using Pro E. ? Modification & improvisation of current projects. ? Coordinate CFT meetings for new products. ? ISO documentation & systems adherence ? Reverse engineering using CMM. Making 3d models & tooling inspection of old & new tooling using CMM. Current Projects : ? Project leader for development of Pump Casing of Wipro Kawasaki. ? Project leader for development of 3 Spool Monoblock of Walvoil . ? Project leader for development of Transmission Case of VST. ? Attend the MRM. ? From Aug 2007 to Aug 2009: Worked with M/S Amtek India Limited, Foundry Division, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan as Tooling Inspector, Tool Room & Q.A. The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of S.G. iron & grey cast iron products such as Cylinder blocks, Cylinder heads, flywheel housings of cars, tractors to Maruti, Hyundai, L&T, ITL, PTL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Standard tractors.
