Did various connections to check the compatibility with the battery system and noted the technical as well as application data with the help of test methods suggested by Cummins application engineering bulletins. 3. Conducted electrical and electronics IQA by making comparisons between products of both makes and suggesting necessary changes. 4. Prepared Cummins standard checklist and signed it off after rectifying various problems.  Features testing and fine tuning of the parameters in the calibration of ECU of LCCR engine. 1. Managed project POORNIMA B5.9 LCCR BS-3 Engine for features testing and tuning by programming various parameters using service tools CALTERM and INSITE in the vehicle at Tata Motors Ltd. Pune. 2.
