Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping -
Responsible to make sure the cleanliness of the entire hotel up to the set standard.
Responsible To organize and direct a team develops top quality with prompt, accurate and
personalized service in order to achieve optimum level of guest satisfaction and departmental
profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee moral.
Keep always expenses reasonable and below budget to contribute the hotel profitability through
effective cost controls with out affecting the quality.
Forecast the staffing according to the occupancy.
Making sure the Training schedules are in place and strictly followed to stay on "top of the job" at
all times and remain result oriented.
Inspect all the VIP arrivals and make sure all guest rooms are serviced without complaints.
Random inspections of the vacant and occupied rooms released by room attendant
Make sure the cleaning schedules are followed.
Make sure to control the wastage of amenities and to achieve the departmental cost control.
Schedule the vacation calendar as per the seasons and occupancy forecast.
Training the new staff the usage of new machineries and chemicals under the guidance of
supervisor and monitor them.
Training the staff on daily basis as scheduled by the training manager.
Preparing budget for the the year as per occupancy forecast.
Pest control schedule to be maintained and monitored on daily basis.
Kenfixit schedule to be monitored on daily basis depending upon occupancy.
Monitoring and making sure spring cleaning is done as per the standard.
Accomodation 
Responsible cleanliness inside and out of the accommodation.
Responsible to organize and direct the team towards excellent work performance.
Making the duty roaster for the staff.
Conducting daily briefing and training for the staff.
