Paintball is one of the author's favorite sports due to the adrenaline rush from running, shooting, and dodging paintballs while being shot at. There are two main types of paintball - speed ball played in an arena behind inflatable bunkers and woodsball played outdoors in wooded areas. The number of paintball arenas has increased over the past 10 years.
