Fabrication and construction of skids/units with piping equipment in structures. Interpretation of drawings, welding terminologies. Fabrication and erection of on plot piping for equipments, Product transfer lines, Utility lines etc inside oil field and power plants. Hydro testing, Pigging, Purging, and drying of pipelines. Preparation of Hydro test, Tie-in, Hot tape packages and final documentation of the packages. Experience in Tie - in and hot taping works in crude lines. Preparing fit up, Welding, NDE, and Pre heating documentations. Installation and handling of fiber glass reinforced thermosetting resin pipe system (RTRP) and Glass reinforced polyester piping system (GRP). (Lamination /Coupler/key lock joints). Installation and handling of ductile iron piping ( Push on & Locking type)

Making quantity surveys. Authorization to obtain Hot & Cold work permits of KOC & KNPC. Safety & Quality requirements for the Oil and power plant construction works. Academic Qualification:- Passed JTSLC (junior technical school leaving certificate) from Board of technical education, Kerala, India. Passed Diploma in Mechanical engineering from state board of technical education, Kerala, India. Work involves in *Overall responsibility of fabrication and installation for the underground piping work * Issue of drawing and documents to the Sub contractor *Co ordination between the GRP/DIP pipe vendor*Coordinate with client for inspection *Review of documentation prior to Hydro test and witnessing Hydro testing activities*Expediting the whole underground piping activities for completing the work as per project schedule*Follow up of clearing punch items. From 26th June 2011 to 25th March 2014: Working as Mechanical Piping Engineer in HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD at KOC CEF Project. (Crude Export Facilities at NTF/STF/MAA of Kuwait oil company which include the construction of 19 Tanks, Bunker fuel facilities, Metering system, New pump house and 56"/48" pipe line approximate 100 KM).
