We have some products under processing and commercialization to bring it to the market. Moreover we have some standardized botanical extracts and privately funded several clinical studies in conjunction with prestigious institutions in support of branded products. The key to BIONEEMTEC success is its research, encompassing: the screening of medicinal plants for their pharmacological benefits; the identification of new active principles; and the development of extraction and purification systems at the cutting- edge of industrial application. Its present operations have a team of employees and scientist focusing on chemistry, analytical, Phytochemistry, bioassay and microbiology. Additionally, to ensure sustainable supplies on its key products, herbal plants cultivation efforts has been successfully undertaken by the organization in various regions. - 6. HERBAL EXTRACTION PLANT Herbal extraction is a complicated procedure due to complex nature of plants and herbs. The most useful ingredients are present in form of organic compounds in different parts of the plants. Extraction of each compound depends on the solubility of the rich components in medium of extraction. These medium can be water, organic solvents and their mixtures etc. We use scientific principles of solubility and physical separation to extract a particular compound. The plant design and procedure of extraction for every product and component is different for each compound. It involves a number of procedures to extract isolated compounds from the herbs & other raw materials.
