This document provides brief information on two types of female sunbirds, the Orange Breasted Sunbird and the Lesser Double Collard Sunbird, and notes their locations of Vanrhynsdorp and Port Elizabeth in South Africa as well as plants they have been seen feeding on including Protea, Mimete and Erica in the Cape Fold Mountain region.
