BluePrint is a new app by MuniRent that makes it easy for city plan checkers to trasnfer unassigned tasks to external plan checkers. BluePrint reduces the pain point of exporting Accela tasks and making it available for external contractors to review plans.

- 3. When city plan checkers outsource plans to external contractors, Accela tasks need to be manually transferred. There is no automated solution.

- 5. Step 1: Task transfer City plan checkers will mail physical plans or manually type e-mail description of tasks to external contractors. Step 2: External plan review External plan checker marks up the plan and writes a report. Which in turn is sent back to city. Process Today
- 6. Step 3: Manual Entry Once received the city plan checker has to manually enter the info and update the Accela task. Process Today
