April 27, 2024, Banquerohan National High School will be hosting its Grand Alumni Homecoming.
This event is a momentous occasion where alumni from various batches will gather to celebrate and
reminisce about their alma mater. Among the highlights of this event is a motorcade, which will serve as
a symbolic journey back to our school's campus.
The motorcade is scheduled to commence from Taysan, Legazpi City, and will culminate at the
Banquerohan National High School Campus. It will feature decorated vehicles representing different
alumni batches, accompanied by music and festivities.
Given the nature of the motorcade and the anticipated participation of numerous alumni, I am writing to
kindly request assistance from the barangay in ensuring the safety and security of all participants. We
would greatly appreciate your support in coordinating with local authorities to manage traffic flow and
provide any necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and orderly procession.
Additionally, we would like to request assistance in ensuring that necessary measures are in place to
address any potential safety concerns along the route of the motorcade. This includes ensuring road
safety, crowd control, and any other measures deemed necessary to safeguard the participants and
spectators.
