This document proposes Option #2 for a 10 GigE/HPUX VSE environment which includes: 1. Two HP rx6600 servers running Oracle 10g with 10GbE networking and replication between databases for failover. 2. Storage could be provided by direct attached storage or an iSCSI SAN connected via 10GbE. 3. Management and operations servers are included to monitor the environment.
