Even fewer exposures will achieve some kind of response, based on com- prehension, motivation and engagement even less will see relationships develop and money move to justify the ROI. Identifying the right strategy, creating the great idea, and finding the right channels for delivery has served my clients well in launching new products, finding new markets or dusting off and relaunching old ones.. However past successes are only foundations not answers. For ten years I was an external new brand and product development consultant to Unilever as part of a new Unifoods team that engineered brands and products for the hospitality industry. The other side of my brain serviced more tangible endeavors...as founding CEO of an engineering R&D company (MST) researching sewage mining technologies, working with James Cook University. Leading to consulting projects with NSW Parks and Wildlife and environmental agencies on environmental issues and development of other technologies currently used up and down the seaboard of Australia.
