2012 was a successful year of training and racing for Carlos Lima as he trained for an Ironman race. He had many opportunities to perform his best through optimized training that was high quality and focused. He thanked all those who supported him, as their support was crucial to his success. - 2. Season 2012 2012 was another year of many sport. Along the way I had ample opportunities to submit the best of me, because I was training for an Ironman Race, and this made me more strong, and with more motivation. The only way to get the best of me, was optimize my training time, with high quality, and focused work. This review, wouldnt be complete without thanking all of those who supported me.
