Carlos and Kirsten set targets for their 2014 season, focusing on races together. They had success early in the season, getting second place finishes at the Powerman in Horst and a couple's time trial in Arcen. They prepared for their biggest event, the Acores Bike Challenge in Portugal through mountain biking races. Despite mechanical issues, they finished 6th in the 3-day event in the volcanic mountains. Their best individual results included Carlos getting 5th and Kirsten 6th at the Chrono Trophy time trial.

- 2. Season 2014 This year started with some targets, for Carlos and Kirsten. Keep the same strategy from 2013 and make some races together. At the Powerman in Horst , Carlos did the running, and Kirsten the Bicycle part. In this race we had a nice second place. We also participated together at the couple Time trial in Arcen. This one we also finished with a second place on the podium. At the Chrono Trophy Time trial Carlos had a nice 5. position in the finish from the circuit and Kirsten the 6. place. On the mountain bike the team made some races to prepare the big event of the season: The Acores Bike challenge. This was a race of 3 days in the volcanic mountains. Despite some mechanical problems the team finished in 6. place. With the help from sponsors and our inner strength, we always try to give the best of us. Sport is our Life!
