The Bottino family, known for operating four Shoprite supermarkets in South Jersey, hired CES to design their new 88,000 square foot Shoprite in Vineland. CES designed a site with 459 parking spaces, subsurface stormwater management, a regional sanitary sewer pump station, over a mile of water main extension including a horizontal directional bore under a stream, truck circulation, and a new traffic signal on Landis Avenue. CES obtained city approvals within two months and was pre-qualified by Vineland and the sewer authority to perform construction inspections to ensure the project was built as planned.
