Participants must cross couch cushions using only their feet, holding empty bottles on their body without tipping them over. The strength and balance of yoga meet the strategy and concentration of slack line lining
Objective: Cross the couch cushions without tipping the bottles
Rules: At least one foot must be placed on a couch cushion holding your entire body weight
Materials needed: 2 or 3 couch cushions or pillows (depending on size), a yoga mat, empty plastic or
glass bottles.
Benefits: An individual sport that allows players to develop personal strength, balance, concentration
and strategy.
