My View of the Market
 Buyer demand is still red hot. New listings are like a
revolving door for the first few days. This activity is
resulting in multiple offers.
 Sales are up 24% from a year ago. The number of
listings are down. This is causing upward price
pressure in a big way.
 We have seen more listings coming on the market
lately but still at a lower pace than past years. There
is still time to list your home and get great activity on
your home.
