month, thus the spikes

8. My View of the Market
We have had a very strong market during September
and October.
Low inventory continues to be an issue. Potential
sellers are wondering where they would move to.
As we move towards the Holidays the question is
how strong the market will remain as even fewer
sellers put their homes on the market.
