INTRODUCTION
Brad Richert, his wife and their three beautiful daughters, reside in the
Willoughby Heights community of Langley, BC. Over the past 15 years
he has lived in two provinces, every municipality in the Fraser Valley
(south of the river), and many different neighbourhoods within Langley.
From the serene locale of historic Ft. Langley to the rolling landscapes
of Cloverdale and the beachfront of his birthplace, White Rock, Brad is
proud to call Fraser Valley home.

LEGACY
Real estate has been a family affair going back three generations. Brad
is privileged to be the grandson and student of Henry Block, co-founder of
Block Bros. Realty. Brad offers the same high standard of ethics, integrity,
and revolutionary service that has been taught down through three
generations. Additionally, the Richert family has been involved in the
construction industry for over two decades.

CAREER
Brads first choice has always been Macdonald Realty Ltd. He
quickly proved his ability to transfer previous marketing
experience to the real estate industry in 2010. Prior to his career
in real estate, Brad succeeded in a number of roles in the
graphics & marketing industry, bringing creative solutions to
businesses for over ten years.

Investing in real estate has been a cornerstone of our family financial
planning for generations. With a father in construction, mother and
grandfather in real estate, Brad learned about real estate investing at

In some markets you can stick a sign in the ground, list a property and have it sold
within the week. This is rare, but has become pervasive in the mindsets of those of us
around the Vancouver market. While those of us in the Fraser Valley have seen
this happen a few times (recently in White Rock, but mostly throughout the boom
between 2002-2007), this isnt the norm. So we need to stay in communication whether
the showings are happening or not.
In addition to the good old telephone, we are utilizing technologies that
assist us in forming better communication with our clients.
