Manufacturing Facilities Wiring Harness The group manufactures wiring harnesses for the entire cross-section of the automotive industry - from passenger cars to commercial vehicles, two wheelers and three wheelers, multi utility vehicles, farm, material handling equipment and off-the-road vehicles. The group also manufactures specialized wiring harnesses for white goods, office automation, medical diagnostic equipment, electrical and electronic equipment. Designing and developing wiring harnesses from first principle concepts on latest design software, the group provides total solutions in wiring harness manufacturing. The group has complete backward integration for manufacturing critical wiring harness components. In-house capability for design and manufacturing of applicators, jigs, assembly boards and circuit checking boards enable process design control and flexibility. - 7. Metal Pressing Manufacturers of sheet metal components, sheet metal press components, precision stampings. Our on-site fully equipped toolroom and highly skilled engineers enable us to manufacture basic press tools and fixtures and also give us the opportunity to react instantly to repair and maintenance requirements and ensure continuity of quality. We offer a range of projection, Spot, resistance welding with capacities from 25 to 30KvA, enabling us to affix nuts and weld studs up to M8 to our pressings and assemblies. Process monitoring equipment is installed to detect variables in the process which may otherwise cause subsequent weld failures. For more complex assemblies, specific monitoring, such as 'poke yoke' devices detect product conformance or non- conformance. Automation in the shape of bowl feed nuts/studs increases output, which in turn drives down costs by dramatically increasing cycle times. The expansion of our welding section has seen the commissioning of a 6 axis Robotic welding cell, allowing spot welding and mig welding of complex assemblies.
