Dear Hiring Manager:
Brooklyn Perinatal Perinatal, BPN, a nonprofit community organization, was established in
1988 from a community task force to address high infant mortality. Our purpose is to prevent and
reduce infant/maternal illness and death, which for several years have been excessively high in
some Brooklyn communities. It is with great pleasure that I find myself writing this letter of
recommendation for Ms. Jane Marryshow. Ms. Marryshow has started as an intern and her work
was so valued and appreciated that she was hired as a full time staff that joined the team. She is an
extraordinary employee and a vital member of the team!
Jane is an outstanding employee who on a daily basis goes above and beyond in her
administrative support to the BPN executive team and staff and continuously exceeds the
performance standards for her position of office manager. Jane willingly accepts new assignments
and offers to help wherever she can. BPN is a frenetic environment that presents many competing
demands on the staff there and Ms. Marryshow remains steadfast in her cheerfulness, calmness, and
dependability. Sh has demonstrated excellent managerial and decision making skills. She is
attentive to tasks and works tirelessly to achieve the goals of the department. She is an extremely
positive and dependable employee, and performs her duties in an extremely timely and
conscientious manner.
Ive received many compliments from the many clients and colleagues that shes assisted as well as
the staff members who rely on Janes support. She is an innovative self-starter, who rarely needs
supervision. She is punctual and typically exceeds expectations. She handles pressure well, and will
voluntarily work overtime and take work home to meet a deadline.
Her curiosity about her roots with her drive for education is what makes her such an exceptional
student that will excel . Without reservation, I recommend her highly to join your team. Please do
not hesitate to contact me to provide you with any further information regarding Ms. Jane
Marryshow.
