Kevin Brennan helped resolve a problem with Sandy Tyson's "dual-persona" CAC card that prevented her from using DCS on conference room computers. When the issue unexpectedly arose, Kevin found a way to sign them into DCS so their LABOPS training could continue. He also proactively emailed Sandy earlier in the week to add himself as an administrator in case unexpected trouble occurred again.

Kevin Brennan always goes the extra mile to help me out. His
follow-up, dependability, and can-do attitude is much appreciated.
For example, my CAC is "dual-persona" and because of that, I can't
use DCS in the conference rooms until the help desk alters my profile
on each conference room computer we have discovered. Kevin
worked with me and the help desk to get the problem resolved. When
I first encountered the problem unexpectedly, Kevin found a way to
sign us into DCS. For the LABOPS training this morning, Kevin pro-
actively emailed me on Tuesday and suggested I add him as an
administrator to the DCS conference in case we have unexpected
trouble even though we tested a few days ago.
