 was	
 held

 future	
 plan

 craft	
 brewery

 his	
 
home	
 country	
 of	
 Panama,	
 I	
 have	
 no	
 doubt	
 he	
 will	
 be

 venture

His knowledge test scores were excellent, showing he assimilated the information presented during the lectures. Satisfactory marks achieved in the MCQ examination, above the minimum standard. On a practical note, Brian gained an excellent score in the challenging Brew to Specification exercise, scoring 100% of parameters within specification. His practical skills were very good and gained good appreciation of his innovative and well thought out brewed products from fellow students and staff, a very good tasting examination result at 78% Brian gained an excellent score for the challenging microbiological laboratory techniques isolation and identification assessment. Brian was commended for his marketing and business presentation, winning a Brewlab prize. He gained excellent appreciation from his fellow students in this group, for his own product and food pairing exercise. A Merit was awarded for an excellent candidate. Overall Brian proved to be an extremely capable student, this was evident in all of the subjects, backed up by the very good assessment and examination scores, all the staff at Brewlab wish him well for the future. On a personal level, Brian is confident, industrious, highly organized, innovative, highly personable and was held in high regard by both the Staff here at Brewlab and by his fellow students. Brian has indicated his future plan is to start up an innovative craft brewery in his home country of Panama, I have no doubt he will be successful in his venture
