Jordan Jones installs Bright House products around Florida. After finishing an installation for a woman, he realizes he has her pen in his back pocket. He rushes to return it through a storm, detour, and pack of angry dogs. When he finally arrives, beaten and disheveled, the woman says the pen is not hers. Jordan checks her name off his list and moves on to the next customer, going the extra mile for Bright House customers.
