I was so please when the REALESTATEBOOK.COM came back to our area. As you know I was the first one
to sign up again! I would recommend this to any Real Estate Person who really wants to be successful. I firmly
believe that the marketing I do in your magazine is critical to my success at building leads for buyers and
gaining new listings. I have put homes on the cover and all but one have sold that were on the cover. My client
Michael Bruneau was so impressed with the results when we put his home on the cover, because before that is
seemed like no matter what we did he could not get showings when the market was badthen we put it on the
cover and he got showings and it sold.
Your competitor came to me and asked me to switch all my advertising to them and gave me a sweetheart deal
to try theirs and said he would do that if I quit advertising in your magazine and went exclusively with themI
told them I would not do that but I would pay and run a test to see what worked better. I am attaching copies of
both ads we ran and I am pleased to tell you by far I got much better response with your publication. I only got
1 lead from theirs from the ad. I was glad I followed my good business judgment and spent the money to do the
test before making a commitment to switch.
Finally, I want to say how impressed clients are when I list properties showing them the advertising we do and
the HUGE internet presence that your book provides for them to help them sell their properties.
I really want to thank you for your professional service and follow up. Especially the calls you make and the
level of communication about leads and deadlines. It is really uncommon for such great service. If anybody

Maybe it sounds strange for me to recommend to my competition to advertise, but I firmly believe that from
