specialized surface coatings, pipefitting and quality departments during submarine module tank close-out.

 Trained new Production Controller on Earned Value Management processes and procedures. 
 Developed metrics and control data for production schedules and standard work package tracking. 
 Tracked critical material to maintain senior management visibility during submarine delivery for critical evolutions leading to 
the ships sea trials. 
 Designed, prepared and maintained customized dashboard metrics for work progress and manning for senior submarine 
division managements use in direction of the production personnel during submarine construction. 
 Utilize experience and knowledge gained in shipyard operations to complete special projects such as submarine module 
movements and team relocations as the submarine transitioned from the land level facility to the outfitting pier. 
 Managed departmental manning and direct labor budget, utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines 
allowing management to cut budget in support of division man-hour reduction goals. 
 Developed new metrics allowing greater reliability in early project budgeting and long range manning plans to guide 
department hiring and budget attainment beyond FY2025. 
 Managed Plan of the Day/Week to provide management with greater visibility of deck level issues. 
 Utilized MS Project to develop paths to milestone completion for nuclear systems construction. 
 Maintained Ship Integrated Master Schedule. 
 Issued letters supporting Launch of ship, detailing valve and valve backup status to U.S. Government and senior management. 
 Held Active Department of Defense (DOD) Confidential Security Clearance.

 Researched and produced work control reports and metrics for submarine modules prepared for NNS to deliver or to be 
shipped to Electric Boat 
 Coordinated with SUPSHIP-NN, Electric Boat, and Newport News management for sea barge shipments to Electric Boat and 
those received from Electric Boat for module construction at NNS 
 Developed method of reducing in tank temperature and humidity without restricting access to surrounding area to meet ship 
schedule. 
 Successfully managed the shipping of over 25 submarine modules to teaming partner, including all associated paperwork and 
cross function meetings to detail status. 
 Led Continuous Improvement Team with 8 employees, developed a feedback database for our customers to provide us with 
feedback on how our processes were working and where we could improve. 
 Directed project to develop a method of maintaining temperature and humidity in auxiliary tanks, working with engineering, 
Environmental Health and Safety, and the paint department. Successfully built a booth and arraigned for a 12 ton chiller unit 
to be brought in and situated on the tank top, improving the process. 
 Coordinated dates with suppliers for Component Fabrication and Assembly division and the Structural Fabrication groups.
