BSA Conference Updates
Day 2 Speaker and Content Update
Expectations
   Each session presentation will follow these general guidelines:
     Clear Objectives of the session
     Provide some research
     Examples/case studies
     How can we apply this to our business


   Invodo- (still determining who will attend most likely (Craig, Cuyler, Russ, Chris)
     Why video works
     Myth busters along with new research
     Examples - less mainstream more applicable to OP
     How to create a video strategy
     When to use video/ when not to
     Expert opinion on You tube videos
Day 2 Speaker and Content Update
   QR Codes  Parrish Gust/ RR Donnelly
       QR codes presentation example provided was reviewed
       Will discuss mobile trends and more current research on QR codes
       How best to use this within a marketing program
       Provided feedback that we would like more relevant examples that will
        resonate with OP industry (Pepsi and Indiana Jones too mainstream)
       Parrish will provide an outline for his presentation so that we can gain a
        better comfort level
       Review meeting setup for end of august

     What has changed/updates with OPIDS
     Why it matters
Day 2 Speaker and Content Update
   Search
     Followed up with Endecca dates might be a conflict will get back to us
     Alternative- SP to follow up with Google?

   Words Matter
     HON internal resource not the right fit
     Dates are a conflict as well
     Need to find an expert in the industry- Looking for ideas or do we remove
      topic?
     Put a discussion post on several content management blogs regarding
      recommendations

   Content Enrichment
     3M does not believe they will be in attendance for BSA (possibly only Terry M)
     Following up not sure it makes sense for me to present on their case study
      since it we did not collaborate on the case study/project
Open Questions
   Will BSA have a follow up meeting with us to run through agenda
    times and flow of day?

   How is this conference being communicated and marketed?
       How do we know we will have the right people
       Presenters have asked for estimate of attendees?
       Will Robert and I open the session on Day 2?
       Agenda states Invodo to host breakfast? This was not discussed.
       Agenda states Invodo to also open up on day 1?
