Bubbly is a social networking platform that allows users to make and share voice blogs, follow celebrity voice blogs, and chat via SMS. It launched in 2005 as Bubble Motion and was renamed Bubbly in 2013. The platform has both a mobile app and an IVR system to be accessible for all users. Through promotions on social media and partnerships with telecom companies, Bubbly was able to gain over 30 million users worldwide. However, the company was acquired by Altruist Group in 2014.
